Rh阴性抗-D人免疫球蛋白(Anti-D IVIG)是一种冻干血浆免疫球蛋白制剂,包含高效价的抗-D抗体。其在防止Rh D血型不合所致的新生儿和胎儿溶血病(HDFN)方面发挥着不可替代的作用,同时,作为特发性血小板减少性紫癜的一线治疗药物,临床应用前景广泛,国内尚无相关产品上市。现就Anti-D IVIG制品的制备工艺、作用机制及临床应用的研究进展进行综述。

Anti-D immuneglobulin(human)is a kind of freeze-dried immunoglobulin preparation which contains the high-efficiency anti-D antibody.It has increased the clinical application of treatment of the hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn caused by Rh-blood type.And it can also be used as the first-line alternative therapy of idiopathic thrombocytope-nicpurpura.The clinical application prospects of Anti-D immuneglobulin are extensive,however,this products have not been listed in China.The preparation process,mechanisms and clinical application of Anti-D immuneglobulin are reviewed in this article.
