摘要 为提高人体理疗设备的智能化和自动化控制水平,降低对进口理疗设备的依赖性,设计了一种腰部理疗设备。该设备以STC12C5A60S2单片机为控制器,控制继电器模块和脉冲发生模块的工作模式,实现了保暖护腰、针灸、按摩、推拿等多项理疗功能;并配有液晶显示屏(OLED)作为理疗操作的人机界面和可视化操作系统的手机APP,通过三维编码算法和优化的编码方式使配套设备(主控盒,手机APP和腰带)进行高速通信,信道不同的设备互不干扰。该系统能实现5米范围内的自由快速配对,抗干扰能力强,实时性能好,实现方便快捷远程控制的效果。实验证明,该理疗腰带控制系统操作简单,具有很高的安全性、可靠性,用户体验良好。 In order to improve the intelligentized and automatic control level of human physical therapy equipment and reduce the dependence on the imported physical therapy equipment, a kind of waist physiotherapy equipment is designed. The device using STC12C5 A60S2 as controller, controls the working mode of relay module and pulse generator module, realizes the warm waist, acupuncture, massage, massage and other physical functions, liquid crystal display (OLED) as a physical man-machine interface and visualization of the operating system of the mobile phone APP is equipred with. Through three-dimensional coding algorithm and optimized coding method , high-speed communication between supporting devices ( main control box, mobile phone APP and belt) can be achieved , and devices with different channels do not interfere with each other. The system can achieve free and fast pairing in the range of 5 meters, strong anti -interference ability, good real-time performance, and realize the effect of convenient and fast remote control .The experiment shows that the physiotherapy belt control system is easy to operate, and has high security, reliability and good user experience.
