摘要
随着用电信息采集系统大数据共享平台的推广应用,其重要性不断提升,而智能电能表的运行质量直接关系到公司经济效益的提升,如何利用采集系统大数据实现对智能电能表的运行质量管控,提升智能电能表运行稳定性、可靠性、精准性则成为营销管理的重要工作。通过建立智能电能表运行质量综合评价体系,构建运行质量评价指标,借鉴层次分析法的赋权方法对熵值法进行优化,计算各评价指标的权重系数,避免当某一指标的离散程度过大时导致该指标的权重系数过大,影响最终评价结果,实现电能表运行状态的精准评估,及时发现电能表的质量隐患,指导制定现场校验计划,合理安排周期轮换与故障隐患排查工作。
With the popularization and application of the large data sharing platform of the electrical information collection system, its importance has been continuously improved, and the operation quality of the intelligent electric energy meter is directly related to the improvement of the economic benefit of the company. How to use the large data of the collection system to control the operation quality of the intelligent electric energy meter and improve the stability and reliability of the metering device operation. Sex and accuracy are important tasks in marketing management. This paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation system of the operation quality of the intelligent electric energy meter, constructs the evaluation index of the operation quality, and uses the empowerment method of the analytic hierarchy process to optimize the entropy value method, and calculates the weight coefficient of each evaluation index, so as to avoid the excessive weight coefficient of the index when the discrete degree of a certain index is too large and affects the final result. The evaluation results, the accurate evaluation of the operating state of the electric energy meter, the timely discovery of the hidden trouble in the quality of the electric energy meter, the establishment of the on-site checkout plan, the rational arrangement of periodic rotation and the troubleshooting.
