摘要 通信技术的快速发展,导致对高功率半导体激光通信系统的调制技术要求也越来越高,高功率半导体激光调制源是通信系统中最主要的部分。针对当前社会在激光通信系统中面临调制响应时间过长、成本消耗较高、完成时间较慢等问题。提出一种基于高功率半导体激光通信系统直接调制方法。通过对高功率半导体激光器结构和应用进行分析,为了降低通信系统成本消耗及复杂度,采用直接调制的方法进行调制,根据通信系统信号调制规律去改变通信系统震荡参数,从而实现系统调制。实验结果表明,本文方法调制响应时间较短、成本消耗较低、完成时间较快。 The rapid development of communication technology has led to higher and higher modulation technology requirements for high-power semiconductor laser communication systems. The high-power semiconductor laser modulation source is the most important part of the communication system. In view of the current society, the laser communication system faces problems such as excessive modulation response time, high cost, and slow completion time. A direct modulation method based on high power semiconductor laser communication system is proposed. By analyzing the structure and application of high-power semiconductor lasers, in order to reduce the cost and complexity of the communication system, direct modulation is used to modulate, and the system oscillation parameters are changed according to the law of signal modulation of the communication system, thereby realizing system modulation. The experimental results show that the proposed method has shorter modulation response time, lower cost and faster completion time.
