视觉传感技术在大功率光纤激光焊接焊缝宽度特征提取的应用 被引量:2

摘要 大功率光纤激光焊接过程中,焊池的热辐射含有较多焊接质量的信息,焊缝宽度可以体现出焊接的稳定性。因此,通过红外热成像技术提取大功率光纤激光焊接焊缝宽度是评鉴焊接质量高低的重要方法。本文基于图像处理技术的自动焊缝跟踪系统分析了302不锈钢处于持续大功率光纤激光焊接时的焊缝宽度变化情况,同时采用近红外高速传感相机及时采集焊池图像,并通过数学形态学图像算法技术对焊池图像进行分析处理和检测焊池宽度。焊接实验结果显示,提出的方法能够有效提取焊池宽度,准确反映大功率光纤激光焊接过程的状态变化,有利于焊缝跟踪分析。 In the high-power fiber laser welding process, the heat radiation of the weld pool contains more information on the weld quality, and the weld width can reflect the stability of the weld. Therefore, the extraction of highpower fiber laser welding seam width by infrared thermal imaging technology is an important method to evaluate the quality of welding. In this paper, the automatic weld seam tracking system based on image processing technology is used to analyze the weld width variation of 302 stainless steel in continuous high power fiber laser welding. At the same time, the near-infrared high-speed sensor camera is used to collect the weld pool image in time and pass the mathematical morphology image. The algorithm technique analyzes the weld pool image and detects the weld pool width. The welding experiment results show that the proposed method can effectively extract the weld pool width and accurately reflect the state change of the high power fiber laser welding process, which is beneficial to the weld seam tracking analysis.
