神经接口技术在创伤性脊髓损伤修复中的研究进展

摘要 创伤性脊髓损伤(traumatic spinal cord injury,TSCI)患者常会遗留肢体瘫痪,严重影响生活质量。让瘫痪患者重获运动功能一直是临床治疗的首要任务。近年来,神经接口技术已成为脊髓损伤修复领域新的研究热点,尤其是硬膜外电刺激技术已开始由实验室走向临床试验。本文简述了神经接口的技术特点及其在创伤性脊髓损伤修复中的应用前景。 Traumatic spinal cord injury is a severe trauma with high rate of death and disability. In recent years, neural interface has become a new research hotspot in this field. Epidural stimulation of the spinal cord is now moving from laboratory to clinical trials. In this paper, we summarize the evidence and prospect of therapeutic effects of neural interface for traumatic spinal cord injury.
