摘要
钾在植物的生长发育过程中具有重要的生理功能。钾通道是植物吸收钾离子的一个重要途径,并且钾通道家族是一个具有多个成员的庞大家族,因此钾通道在植物中的研究具有重要意义。目前钾通道通常被分为三类,分别是Shaker家族通道、TPK/KCO通道和其他钾通道。本研究主要从钾通道TPK/KCO的基本结构、亚细胞定位及不同植物中钾通道TPK/KCO的基因表达与功能研究等方面对植物钾通道TPK/KCO的研究进展进行论述,以期为今后植物钾通道TPK/KCO的进一步研究提供理论基础与科学依据。
Potassium has important physiological functions in the process of plant growth and development. Potassium channel is one of the important ways for plants to absorb potassium ions, and the potassium channel family is a large family with multiple members, so it is significant to studying the potassium channels in plants. At present, potassium channels are generally divided into three categories: Shaker family channels, TPK/KCO channels, and other potassium channels. This article mainly discussed the research progress of potassium channels TPK/KCO in plant from the basic structure, subcellular localization, gene expression and function of potassium channel TPK/KCO in different plants. In order to provide the theoretical basis and scientific basis for further research on the plant potassium channel TPK/KCO in the future.
