一种气控断带抓捕器仿真与实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对现有断带抓捕装置反应时间较长、无法实现双向抓捕的问题,提出了一种气控、抓捕端为弧形、可双向抓捕的断带抓捕装置,阐述了该抓捕装置的结构和工作原理,采用虚拟样机技术分析了该抓捕装置的抓捕过程,运用相似理论制作出了该抓捕装置的1:2的实验模型,并通过实验对模型进行了测试,应用量纲分析方法得到了该抓捕装置实际设计模型的反应时间和抓捕力。研究结果表明:当上捕板下落后与皮带发生接触时会产生微小的抖动,并不影响抓捕的效果;该抓捕装置实际设计模型反应时间为0.5 s,抓捕力为24.768 kN,并且对皮带损伤不大。 According to the long response time and can not achieve the bidirectional arrest of broken-belt catching device,broken-belt catching device with function of pneumatic control、vaulted arrest end and bidirectional arrest was proposed. The structure and working principle of catching device were explained. The arrest process of catching device was analyzed by using virtual prototype technology. The 1:2 experimental model of catching device was made by using the similarity theory. Feasibility of catching device was testified by experiment. The response time and catching force of the design model of catching device were obtained by using the dimensional analysis method. The results show that the contact between arrest plate and belt product little jitter, and has no effect on the catching results. The response time of the design model of catching device is 0.5 s. The catching force is 24.768 kN, and has little damage on the belt.
