摘要 为提高塑料薄膜张力控制系统的稳定、抗干扰能力,提升薄膜质量,提出了一种基于模糊自适应PID的薄膜张力自动控制方法。通过在传统PID控制结构中引入模糊控制理论,形成了模糊PID控制结构,并根据塑料薄膜张力误差以及误差变化率对传统PID的比例、积分、微分参数进行适当调整,从而实现张力的在线自动控制。仿真结果表明:这种基于模糊PID的张力控制方法能够适应参数多变的复杂系统,使薄膜收卷张力更加稳定,对提升薄膜生产质量和生产效率具有重要作用。 In order to improve the stability and anti-interference ability of plastic film tension control system,and thus the quality of plastic film,a fuzzy adaptive PID automatic control method of film tension was proposed.The fuzzy control theory was introduced in the traditional PID control structure,and a fuzzy PID control structure was formed.According to the tension error of plastic film and the variation rate of error,the proportions,integrals and differential parameters of the traditional PID were adjusted appropriately,and the on-line automatic control of tension was realized.Simulation results show that the fuzzy PID tension control method can adapt to the complex system with variable parameters,and make the plastic film winding tension more stable.The control method plays an important role in improving the production quality and production efficiency of plastic film.
