摘要
设计了一套一模四腔的揭盖式洗发水瓶盖注塑模具。考虑到塑件的结构较为复杂,模具的型芯和型腔均选用了镶拼结构,分型面采用双分型面的形式,其中主分型面用于脱出塑件,另一分型面则用于脱出流道凝料。
A set of injection mould with one module and four cavities of shampoo bottle cap with a hood has been designed.Considering that the structure of plastic parts is more complex,the inlaying structure for core and cavity are inserted into the structure of the mould.The mode of double parting surface is adopted for the parting surface.The main parting surface is used to release the plastic part,and the other parting surface is used to release the cold material of the flow channel.
