摘要
详细综述了熔纺-拉伸法(MS-S)制备聚丙烯中空纤维膜(PPHFM)过程中,影响膜结构与性能的纺丝、热处理及拉伸工艺因素,并对最佳制膜工艺参数进行了总结。此外,由于PPHFM孔结构决定了膜性能,但MS-S法制备的PPHFM膜孔结构复杂,难以表征,加之聚合物膜结构的表征方法多样且无明确的选择标准,因此着重分析了各种表征孔结构方法的利弊。最后,对膜结构的调控及有效表征进行了展望。
The optimal process parameters and effects of melt spinning,annealing and stretching on the structure and performance of polypropylene hollow fiber membrane(PPHFM)prepared by melt spinning-stretching method(MS-S)were reviewed in detail.The performance of PPHFM is decided by the structure of membrane.However,the PPHFM prepared by MS-S has an irregular pore structure,it is difficult to effectively characterize the pore structure of membrane.Meanwhile,structure characterization methods of polymer membrane are diversity and have no clear selection criteria.So the advantages and disadvantages of various characterization methods of pore structure are emphatically analyzed.Finally,the regulation and characterization of membrane structure were proposed.
