摘要
不同的制备工艺生产的金属注射成形(MIM)粉末各有优缺点。对雾化法和羰基法制备MIM用粉末的工艺流程进行解析,重点介绍了金属粉末密度、粒度分布、化学成分、形貌、含氧量对MIM工艺的影响。指出在粉末的选择应用过程中掌握粉末的生产工艺和性能指标,使其在后续产品中发挥最大优势是未来MIM发展的关键方向之一。
Metal injection molding(MIM)powders produced by different preparation processes have their own advantages and disadvantages. The process flow of preparing MIM powder by atomization method and carbonyl method was analyzed. The effects of metal powder density,particle size distribution,chemical composition,morphology and oxygen content on MIM process were mainly introduced. It was pointed out that it is one of the key directions of MIM development in the future to master the production process and performance of powder in the process of powder selection and application so as to give full play to its greatest advantages in subsequent products.
