肠道微生物与人类膳食、心理健康及生理疾病的相互作用关系 被引量:1

摘要 肠道微生物菌群与人体相伴相生。人类膳食和周围环境决定了肠道微生物的种类、数量、结构。肠道微生物失衡是导致生理疾病的重要原因。通过肠脑轴的作用,肠道微生物可影响人类的心理、情绪和行为等各个方面。肠道微生物与人类膳食、生理疾病和心理健康之间,构成双向反馈关系,彼此形成一个密切关联的系统,共同作用来协调各项人体机能。
