根际解钾菌对烟草生长及钾素吸收的影响 被引量:10

Effects of potassium-releasing rhizobacteria on the growth and potassium absorption of tobacco plants

摘要 选取前期从烟草根际筛选的4株烟草特异性解钾菌TK5、TK37、TK57和TK89菌株,考察这些菌株对烟草生长及钾素吸收的影响。结果表明,4株解钾菌对烟草生长及钾素吸收均有一定的促进作用,其中TK89菌株效果最佳,接种TK89的烟草植株其上部叶鲜重、中部叶鲜重、下部叶鲜重、根系鲜重、上部叶干重、中部叶干重、下部叶干重、根系干重、叶片含钾量及土壤速效钾含量分别较未施菌的烟草植株提高64.99%、27.16%、54.22%、54.70%、67.78%、27.56%、54.20%、50.81%、33.60%和15.79%,各项指标较对照差异均达显著水平,4株解钾菌对烟草根系生长及叶片含钾量均有显著促进作用。解钾菌可促进烟草对土壤钾素营养的吸收,促进烟草生长,提高烟叶含钾量。 Four tobacco specific potassium-releasing bacteria strains TK5,TK37,TK57 and TK89,which were selected from tobacco rhizosphere in our laboratory before,were applied to investigate the effects of these strains on the growth and potassium absorption of tobacco plants.As results,all the four potassium-releasing bacteria had a certain promotion function to the growth and potassium absorption of tobacco plants,and among which,strain TK89 had the best promoting effects.The fresh weight of upper leaves,middle leaves,lower leaves and roots of tobacco plants,the dry weight of upper leaves,middle leaves,lower leaves and roots of tobacco plants,the potassium content in tobacco leaves and the available potassium content in soil were 64.99%,27.16%,54.22%,54.70%,67.78%,27.56%,54.20%,50.81%,33.60%and 15.79%greater,respectively,for the tobacco plants inoculated with TK89 than in the control plants.The development of tobacco roots and potassium contents in leaves was significantly promoted by all the four potassium-releasing bacteria.The pot experiment showed that potassium-releasing bacteria tested in this study can promote the absorption of potassium in soil,the growth of tobacco and the increase of potassium content in tobacco leaves.
