摘要
依据增设电梯设计要求,结合实际工程,阐述了基于BIM的可视化设计、节点深化、工程量统计及成本控制,体现了BIM技术对装配式电梯设计阶段的价值。然后,通过BIM模式下对施工现场管理、物联网和装配式施工工序优化效果的探索,为多层住宅建筑加装电梯工程施工过程提供了一个切实可行的解决方案。最后,阐述了点云三维激光扫描及BIM云技术等创新应用,对类似工程提供了技术借鉴。
According to the design requirements of added elevators,the visual design,component nodes details and engineering quantity statistics as well as cost control based on BIM are elaborated in combination with practical engineering,which reflects the value of BIM technology for the design stage of prefabricated elevators.Then,through the exploration of the optimization effects of construction site management,Internet of things and prefabricated construction process with BIM technology,a practical solution for the construction process of added elevator of the multi-storey residential building is provided.Finally,some new applications,such as point cloud 3 D laser scanning and BIM cloud technology etc.are described,which provides technical reference for similar projects.
