超薄游离股前外侧皮瓣修复足背软组织缺损的应用效果

Application of Ultra Thin Free Anterolateral Thigh Flap to Repair Soft Tissue Defects in the Dorsum of Foot

目的:探讨超薄游离股前外侧皮瓣修复足背软组织缺损的应用效果。方法:选择本院2015年1月-2018年6月期间收治的足背软组织缺损患者61例作为研究资料,均行超薄游离股前外侧皮瓣修复治疗,观察术后恢复情况。结果:手术治疗后2例患者发生皮瓣远端皮肤边缘坏死,治疗后痊愈;患者伤口均1期愈合,供区外观良好,成活皮瓣质地优良,色泽满意,并恢复行走功能。结论:针对足背软组织缺损患者采用超薄游离股前外侧皮瓣修复治疗,可促使患者症状有效改善,恢复正常皮瓣外形和行走能力,确保创面愈合,具有较高的治疗价值。

Objective: To explore the application effect of ultra thin free anterolateral thigh flap in repairing soft tissue defects of the dorsum pedis. Methods: From January 2015 to June 2018, 61 patients with soft tissue defect of dorsum of foot were selected as study materials. All patients were treated with ultra - thin free anterolateral thigh flap. The postoperative recovery was observed. Results: Two patients developed distal skin marginal necrosis and recovered after operation. All the wounds healed in one stage. The donor site had a good appearance. The surviving flaps had good texture, satisfactory color and restored walking function. Conclusion: Ultra - thin free anterolateral thigh flap can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with soft tissue defect of the dorsum of foot, restore the normal shape and walking ability of the flap, ensure wound healing, and has a high therapeutic value.
