布比卡因等比重液腰-硬联合麻醉在高龄高危老年骨科手术患者的应用

The Application of Bupivacaine and other Specific Gravity Fluid-hard Combined Anesthesia in Elderly Patients with High Risk of Orthopaedic Surgery

目的:探究布比卡因等比重液腰-硬联合麻醉在高龄高危老年骨科手术患者的应用效果。方法:研究对象为2015年6月-2017年6月收入的72例高龄高危老年骨科手术患者,将其采用随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,36例观察组采用布比卡因等比重液腰-硬联合麻醉,另36例对照组采用硬膜外阻滞麻醉。探讨实施不同麻醉对麻醉效果及血流动力学相关指标的影响。结果:在T1-T3时刻的心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血氧饱和度(SPO2)等血流动力学指标上,观察组与对照组相比,显著波动较小(P<0.05),而在麻醉优良率上,观察组显著比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:将布比卡因等比重液腰-硬联合麻醉应用于高龄高危老年骨科手术患者时,患者术中血流动力学相关指标无明显波动,麻醉优良率较高,此麻醉方法值得应用与推广。

Objective: To explore the effect of the combination of bupivacaine et al. in the elderly patients with high risk of orthopaedic surgery. Methods: The research object of 2015. 6 -2017. 6 income of 72 cases of high - risk elderly orthopaedic surgery in aged patients ,the random number table method is divided into observation group and control group, 36 cases of observation group use the proportion of liquid such as cloth than because waist - hard combined anesthesia, another 36 cases of control group adopts epidural block anesthesia. Conclusion: The cloth because waist - such as the proportion of liquid hard combined anesthesia used in high - risk elderly orthopaedic surgery in aged patients, intraoperative hemodynamics in patients with no obvious fluctuation related indicators, anesthesia was higher, the anesthesia method is worthy of application and promotion.
