可吸收螺钉治疗肱骨大结节撕脱性骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation of Absorbable Screw for Avulsion Fracture of Greater Tubercle of Humerus

摘要 目的探讨可吸收螺钉治疗肱骨大结节撕脱性骨折的临床效果。方法收集开原市骨科医院2014年6月—2017年6月收治的肱骨大结节撕脱性骨折患者74例,随机分为螺钉组和钢板组各37例。螺钉组采用可吸收螺钉进行手术,钢板组采用解剖钢板进行手术,比较两组手术情况、肩关节术后6个月的活动度及功能评分。结果螺钉组手术情况和肩关节功能评分优于钢板组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组肩关节活动度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与传统的解剖钢板相比,可吸收螺钉内固定治疗肱骨大结节骨折手术损伤较小,术后肩关节功能恢复更佳。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of absorbable screw in the treatment of avulsion fracture of greater tubercle of humerus. Methods A total of 74 patients with avulsion fracture of greater tubercle of humerus admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were randomly divided into screw group and plate group, 37 cases in each group. In the screw group, absorbable screw was used for operation, and in the plate group, anatomical plate was used for operation. The operation condition, the range of motion and functional score of shoulder joint in the two groups were compared after 6 months. Results The operation condition and shoulder joint function score inscrew group were signifcantly better than those of plate group (P<0.05), while there was no signifcant difference in shoulder joint activity between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional anatomical plate, absorbable screw internal fxation inthe treatment of humeral tuberosity fracture has less surgical injury and more functional recovery of shoulder joint after operation.
