四肢开放性骨折患者应用负压封闭引流手术治疗的效果分析

摘要 目的:探讨四肢开放性骨折患者应用负压封闭引流手术的治疗效果。方法:选取2016年1月1日-2017年12月31日在我院接受治疗的四肢开放性骨折患者153例,将他们随机分为2组,对照组采用常规的治疗方法对76例四肢开放性骨折患者进行治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上采用负压封闭引流手术的方法对77例四肢开放性骨折患者进行治疗。观察并比较2组患者对治疗的满意度;观察并比较2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗满意度明显好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者在临床上的治疗效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在对四肢开放性骨折患者的治疗过程当中,使用负压封闭引流手术的治疗效果较为理想,临床上值得被进一步推广和应用。 Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of negative pressure closed drainage in patients with open fractures of limbs. Methods: Selection method on January 1,2016 - December 31,2017 in our hospital for treatment of 153 cases of open fractures patients limbs, they were randomly divided into two groups, control group using conventional therapy to treat 76 patients with fracture of limbs open group in the control group of treatment based on the closed negative pressure drainage operation method to treat 77 patients with fracture of limbs open. The patients"satisfaction with treatment was observed and compared between the two groups. The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The treatment satisfaction of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). The clinical effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of open fractures of extremities, the effect of negative pressure closure drainage is satisfactory, and it is worthy of further promotion and application.
