细节护理在手术室护理安全中的应用

Application of Detail Nursing in Operation Room Nursing Safety

目的:在手术室护理安全中应用细节护理的临床影响效果探讨。方法:将我院收治的84例手术室治疗患者按住院时间的先后顺序进行分组:对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组采取一般护理模式进行干预,观察组实施手术室细节护理,对2组患者的护理质量状况以及护理满意度情况进行比较观察。结果:观察组的护理质量状况明显优于对照组,且差异显著,P<0.05;对照组的护理满意度明显低于观察组(76. 19%<97.62%),P<0.05,差异明显。结论:在手术室护理安全中应用细节护理的临床应用价值高,适合推广。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of nurse nursing in operating room nursing care. Methods: 84 cases of operation room admitted to our hospital were grouped according to the order of hospitalization: conventional group and experimental group, with 42 cases in each group. The general group took the general nursing mode to intervene, the experimental group carried out the operating room details nursing, and compared the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of nursing in the two groups. Results: The nursing quality of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the conventional group ( P <0. 05 ). The nursing satisfaction of the conventional group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group (76. 19%<97. 62%), P <0. 05. Conclusion: The clinical application of detail nursing in operating room nursing safety is of high value and suitable for promotion.
