基于完善博物馆评估体系的行业博物馆发展思考

Thoughts on the Development of Industry Museums Regarding the Perfection of the Museum Evaluation System

博物馆评估定级是衡量博物馆运营品质的有效手段。我国的博物馆评估定级工作已广泛开展并取得一定成效,但评估体系过于单一化、程式化以及对于广大行业博物馆并不适应的弊端也开始显露。评估体系应针对行业博物馆的现状,在评估的各个版块作出适当调整,增加具有针对性的、引导性的条款,对于行业博物馆的提升和个性化发展都大有裨益。

Museum evaluation is an effective means of assessing the quality of museum operations. The evaluation and grading of museums has been extensively carried out in China and achieved certain results. The current evaluation system, however, is over simplified and formalized and does not suit industry museums. Responding to the status quo of industiy museums, each section of the evaluation system needs to be revised with the addition of more tailored and instructive clauses, which will greatly promote the improvement of industry museums and the specialized development of each individual museum.
