GGT酒对酒精致大鼠肝脏氧化损伤的拮抗作用 被引量:1

Antagonistic effects of GGT liquor on liver alcoholic oxidative damage in rats

摘要 目的通过分别灌胃给予大鼠GGT酒和乙醇4周、8周,对比两者不同暴露时长对大鼠肝脏抗氧化作用的影响。方法雄性Wistar大鼠80只随机分为共10组:45%(体积分数)酒精组、45%(体积分数)酒精1倍GGT组(即同市售含量)、45%(体积分数)酒精5倍GGT组、45%(体积分数)酒精10倍GGT组和空白对照组,每个剂量均设4周、8周两个试验周期。于每个周期结束时取肝脏测定MDA、GSH、SOD、GSH-Px。结果实验第4周,与酒精对照组比较,各剂量组MDA含量均无统计学意义(P>0.05);1和5倍GGT剂量组GSH含量、GSH-Px活力升高且有统计学意义(P<0.01);各GGT剂量组SOD活力均升高且有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05)。第8周,与酒精对照组比较,各GGT剂量组MDA含量均降低,GSH含量均升高且有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01),GSH-Px升高无统计学意义(P>0.05);1和5倍GGT剂量组SOD活力升高且有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论 GGT酒能减轻同等酒精浓度下对肝脏的氧化损伤。 Objective To compare the effects of 4 and 8-week exposure to alcohol containing GGT and ethanol on antioxidation of liver in rats. Methods A total of 80 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into ten groups, 45%(V/V) pure alcohol, 45%(V/V) alcohol contains 1-fold dose(the same as the GGT content in commercial wine) GGT group, 45%(V/V) alcohol containing 5-fold dose GGT group, 45%(V/V) alcohol containing 10-fold dose GGT group and the blank control group, each group was averagely divided into 4-week group and 8-week group. The levels of MDA, GSH, SOD and GSH-Px in liver tissue was determined. Results After 4-week treatment,compared with alcohol control group,no statistically significant difference in MDA was observed in GGT groups(P>0.05), higher levels of GSH and GSH-Px in 1-fold and 5-fold GGT groups(P<0.01),higher levels of SOD in GGT groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05) were found. After 8-week treatment, compared with alcohol control group, lower levels of MDA, higher levels of GSH in GGT groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and higher levels of SOD in 1-fold and5-fold GGT groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01) were observed, no significant difference in GSH-Px was found in each GGT group(P>0.05). Conclusion GGT liquor can reduce the oxidative damage in liver under the same alcohol concentration.
