摘要
优化拉伸工艺造型,通过拉伸深度的加深,减少拉伸制件至最终制件的差异,控制制件再次成形的回弹,保证制件的品质。以某SUV车型后围内板为例,通过阐述实际开发过程的问题和解决的对策,来说明成形工艺优化的改进效果,并用实践证明冲压拉伸工艺的优化有利于制件品质的提升。
Optimize drawing process modeling, reduce the difference between drawing parts and final parts by deepening the drawing depth, control the springback of parts re-forming, and ensure the quality of parts. Taking a SUV vehicle rear panel as an example, this paper explains the actual development process and the countermeasures to illustrate the effect of the optimization of the forming process, and proves that the closer the stamping drawing process is, the better the quality of the parts is.
