摘要
针对薄壁弹簧钢板折弯件,形状复杂,力学性能要求高,设计了3副折弯成形模具及1副热处理定型模具,实现以简单的模具和充分利用公司现有设备,成功解决了弹簧钢薄壁钣金件折弯和热处理的难题,加工出的制件符合图纸要求。不但保证了制件质量,提高了生产效率,而且降低了生产成本,并为其它类似制件的加工提供了成功经验。
In order to accommodate the characteristics of the bending part of thin-wall copper spring featuring complex shape and high performance requirement, three sets of bending dies and one set of thermo-forming die are designed in this study. These innovative techniques serve as the most efficient solution to the problem in the forming of thin-wall copper spring, which make the best use of existing equipment and materials. The processed workpieces match the design and the product quality is also guaranteed. By promoting these innovations widely, the improvement in production efficiency and the reduction in production cost can be expected, which can also provide successful experience to the production of similar work pieces.
