This paper mainly introduces the cause analysis and corresponding debugging experience of the wrinkling defect in drawing of A-pillar of automobile side panel and the corner of threshold, and briefly describes the importance of reasonable die design in improving and eliminating the wrinkling defect of A-pillar of side panel from the aspects of product design, process design and die structure.
