Design of Double Color Injection Mold for the Automobile Headlamp

通过对汽车大灯灯罩的结构和工艺性分析,设计出灯罩双色注射模。该模具采用倒装结构,热流道系统进料,动模拉钩带动弹块,在弹簧弹力的作用下,通过弹块导向抽芯;定模设计内抽滑块,斜导柱驱动抽芯结构运动,并对模具结构设计中的要点和难点进行了介绍。

Through the analysis of the structure and technology of the lamp shade of automobile headlamp, double color injection mold for the lamp shade was designed. The mold adopts the inverted structure, the hot runner system feeding, the moving mold hook drives the spring block, under the action of the spring force, the spring block guides the core pulling. This paper introduces the key points and difficulties in the design of mold structure.
