通过几年的实际加工经验发现MasterCAM软件不仅对简单零件通过绘制二维图能直接生成加工程序,而且本身具有丰富实体及曲面造型功能,还能通过曲面与实体相结合,加工出形状复杂的实体,此外还能引进其它软件的图形文件到当前操作中,节省大量绘图时间,提高工作效率。通过对一种零件从三维造型到实际加工来说明MasterCAM的特点及注意事项。

Through several years of practical processing experience, it is found that MasterCAM software can not only directly generate processing programs for simple parts by drawing two-dimensional drawings, it also has rich solid and surface modeling functions, and it can combine surface with solid, processing complex-shaped entities, moreover, other software graphics files can be introduced into the current operation, save a lot of drawing time, improve work efficiency. The characteristics and precautions of MasterCAM are illustrated through a part from three-dimensional modeling to actual processing.
