彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的诊断

Diagnosis of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities by Color Doppler Ultrasonography

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断在下肢深静脉血栓中的应用体会。方法:选取下肢深静脉血栓患者,进行彩色多普勒超声诊断,回顾性分析患者的临床资料,以术后结果为依据对彩色多普勒超声诊断结果进行评价。结果:彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓显示,45例中有15例急性深静脉血栓,9例亚急性下肢深静脉血栓,21例慢性深静脉血栓;左下肢27例,右下肢18例,与介入手术后所得到的结果完全一致,彩色多普勒超声诊断和手术诊断符合率为100.00%。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断在下肢深静脉血栓诊断中应用价值较高,能够准确诊断血栓部位、大小、性质等,能够为临床治疗提供可靠的诊断依据。

Objective: To explore the application of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods: Patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities were enrolled, and given Color Doppler ultrasound for diagnosis. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. The results of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis were evaluated based on the postoperative results. Results: Color Doppler ultrasonography showed that, among the 45 patients, 15 cases were with acute deep venous thrombosis, 9 cases with subacute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities, and 21 with chronic deep vein thrombosis, involving 27 cases in left lower extremity and 18 cases in right lower extremity. These results were perfectly consistent with those after interventional surgery, and the coincidence rate of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and surgical diagnosis was 100.00%. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasonography is of high value in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. It can accurately diagnose the site, size and nature of thrombus, so as to provide a reliable diagnosis basis for clinical treatment.
