摘要
IEC CISPR 25:2016对电动汽车高压零部件测量方法进行了规定,为实验室人员测试提供了理论依据。由于高压零部件是个全新的测试对象,行业内的人员对测试标准不熟悉,以致于影响了实验室开展对高压零部件的测试。研究了电动汽车高压零部件的电机控制器与电机的工作特性和噪声源,详细介绍了产品辐射干扰的布置和测试方式以及注意细节,从而可以提升实验室人员对高压零部件测试的整体水平,以及增强对标准的研究。
CISPR25:2016 specifies the testing method of high voltage parts of electric vehicles and provides a theoretical basis for laboratory personnel.High voltage parts are new test samples,and people in the profession are not familiar with the test standards,so the development of the tests of high voltage parts is affected.In this article,the working characteristics and noise sources of motor controller and motor for high voltage components of electric vehicles were studied and the setup of radiation disturbance,test methods,test attentions wers described.Laboratory personnel can improve the test ability of high voltage parts and enhance research on the standards.
