Design of Mobile Safety Management System for Uninterruptible Power Supply Equipment in Intelligent Manufacturing Enterprises

摘要 为有效解决生产站点和重要部位机房不间断电源系统(UPS)电压过冲和爆燃事故,采用统一化建模语言UML分析大型制造企业UPS设备安全管理业务需求,构建业务用例模型。结合智能制造企业UPS的业务需求,采用物联网技术,设计UPS设备移动安全管理系统网络应用平台结构,并介绍了应用平台实现所涉及的移动通信技术。最后提出了适合智能制造企业UPS设备移动安全管理系统实施的技术要点,为UPS系统安全技术管理和智能制造规划提供技术参考。 In the intelligent manufacturing planning of large-scale manufacturing enterprises,safety production has always been in an important position.In order to effectively solve the over-charge and deflagration accidents of uninterruptible power supply system(UPS)in production stations or important computer rooms,this paper uses unified modeling language(UML)to analyze the management requirements of UPS equipment in large manufacturing enterprises,and builds business case models.According to the business requirement of UPS in intelligent manufacturing enterprises,the network application platform structure of mobile security management system for UPS equipment was designed by using Internet of Things technology.The mobile communication technology involved in the implementation of this application platform was introduced.Finally,the key technologies for the implementation of UPS safety management system in intelligent manufacturing enterprises were put forward,which can provide a novel technical reference for UPS safety technology management and intelligent manufacturing planning.
