摘要
为实现对退役锂电池组的健康状态评估,设计了一套锂电池组自动充放电系统。整个系统由AC/DC双向变流器、双向DC/DC变换器以及数据采集模块组成,模块独立并通过RS-485与上位机在线通信。系统可实现对电池组的三阶段自动充电以及恒流放电,在线对电池的状态进行数据采集自动生成EXCEL表格,用于锂电池组的残余容量分析。
In order to evaluate the health status of retired lithium batteries,an automatic charging and discharging system for lithium batteries was designed.The whole system consists of three parts:bi-directional AC/DC converter,bi-directional DC/DC converter and data acquisition module.The three parts are structurally independent and communicate with the host computer on-line through RS-485.The system can realize three-stage automatic charging and constant current discharging of batteries.On-line data acquisition of batteries can automatically generate EXCEL tables for the residual capacity analysis of lithium batteries.
