犬的病料中检测到猪圆环病毒3型 被引量:1

Molecular detection of novel virus of porcine circovirus 3 in canine samples

摘要 为进一步弄清我国犬是否感染猪圆环病毒3型(porcine circovirus 3,PCV3),本试验对山东省青岛市某宠物医院采集发病犬的48份样品进行PCV3荧光PCR检测,发现7份病料呈现明显阳性,对这7株阳性样品继续用普通PCR扩增,有3份可以扩增出228 bp的特异性条带。这些条带测序后与圆环病毒的其他参考序列进行同源性分析,结果显示这3份样品的病毒序列与其他PCV3参考序列处于同一个进化分支,与PCV3的同源性为93.3%~99.5%,表明我国犬确实存在PCV3感染。 A novel virus of porcine circovirus 3(PCV3) is identified from piglets without typically clinical syndromes but showing common microscopic lesions of non-suppurative myocarditis and/or cardiac arteriolitis.However,PCV3 was also detected from some canine serums.To clarify whether the canines were infected with PCV3,all 48 samples of disease canines from animal hospital were screened by real time PCR.In the end,7 positive samples were detected and 3 samples could further be amplified a special band of 228 bp by classical PCR methods.After performing phylogenetic analysis with other circoviruses,the genetic tree showed that these sample sequences revealed very close genetic relatedness and shared a homology of 93.3%-99.5%with other PCV3 strains from piglets.This result indicates that PCV 3 can actually be identified in the canine.
