摘要
硫铝酸盐水泥碱度低是影响其在结构工程使用的主要原因,而石膏是制备硫铝酸盐水泥品种的关键组分。本文研究分析了石膏种类对不同种类硫铝酸盐熟料制备水泥碱度的影响。研究发现,石膏种类显著影响硫铝酸盐水泥体系碱度。与传统硫铝酸盐熟料、石膏复合体系不同,低硫铝酸钙含量的硫铝酸盐熟料与化学硬石膏、天然二水石膏复合时,水泥体系碱度pH值超过12。同时,也分析了碱度产生差异的机理。
The low alkalinity of sulphoaluminate cement is the main factor affecting its application in structural engineering, and gypsum is a key component in the preparation of difterent varieties of sulphoaluminate cement. The efleet of the gypsum type on the alkalinity of cement prepared for different types of sulphoaluminate cement clinker was analyzed. The results showed that the type of gypsum had a significant efleet on the alkalinity of the sulphoaluminate cement system. Compared with the cement system of traditional sulphoaluminate cement clinker and mixed gypsum system, the cement system of sulphoaluminate cement clinker with low C4A3S content, mixed with chemical anhydrite or natural dihydrate gypsum, had a higher alkalinity、and its pH value exceeded 12. Simultaneously, the mechanism by which the alkalinity produces a difference was also analyzed herein.
