有氧运动联合抗阻运动在慢性稳定性心力衰竭患者心脏康复中的应用

Application of aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise in cardiac rehabilitation of patients with chronic stable heart failure

目的探讨慢性稳定性心力衰竭患者心脏康复中有氧运动联合抗阻运动的效果。方法选取2016年4月至2017年4月在临汾市人民医院接受抗阻运动心脏康复的慢性稳定性心力衰竭患者为对照组,并选取同期接受有氧运动+抗阻运动的慢性稳定性心力衰竭患者为观察组,每组47例,比较两组临床相关指标、6min步行距离及明尼苏达心衰生活质量问卷表(MLHFQ)评分。结果观察组康复后左心室射血分数(LVEF)、最大摄氧量、最大运动负荷及储备心率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组康复后6min步行距离及MLHFQ评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论有氧运动联合抗阻运动可有效改善慢性稳定性心力衰竭患者心功能,提高其生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise on cardiac rehabilitation in patients with chronic stable heart failure.Methods A total of 47 patients with chronic stability heart failure who received resistance exercise for cardiac rehabilitation in Linfen People's Hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the control group,and 47 patients with chronic stable heart failure at the same time received aerobic exercise resistance exercise as the observation group.The clinical related indexes,six-minutes walking distance and Minnesota heart failure quality of life questionnaire(MLHFQ)score were compared between the two groups.Results The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),maximum oxygen uptake,maximum exercise load and reserve heart rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 6 minutes walking distance and MLHFQ score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise can effectively improve cardiac function in patients with chronic stable heart failure,and their quality of life.
