益气活血汤联合腔内激光手术治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效及安全性

Efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with endovenous laser surgery for varicose veins of lower extremities

目的探讨下肢静脉曲张患者采用益气活血汤联合腔内激光手术治疗的疗效及安全性。方法选取2016年10月至2017年12月南阳南石医院普外科住院的80例下肢静脉曲张患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组采用单纯静脉腔内激光手术治疗,试验组予益气活血汤联合腔内激光手术治疗,对比两组临床效果及术后并发症情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组治疗总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月,试验组患肢麻木、患肢疼痛、皮下硬结、皮下瘀斑及皮下血肿发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血汤联合腔内激光手术治疗可提高下肢静脉曲张患者治疗效果,减少术后并发症发生,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with endovenous laser surgery for varicose veins of lower extremities.Methods A total of 80 patients with varicose veins of lower from October 2016 to December 2017 extremities were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intracavitary laser surgery alone.The experimental group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with intracavitary laser surgery.The clinical effects and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was higher in the experimental group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of limb numbness,limb pain,subcutaneous induration,subcutaneous ecchymosis and subcutaneous hematoma in the test group were lower than those in the control group at 3 months after the operation(P<0.05).Conclusions Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with endovenous laser surgery can improve the treatment effect of lower extremity varicose veins,and reduce the postoperative complications and have higher safety.
