种植体周围炎抑菌性研究进展

Progress in bacteriostasis of peri-implant inflammation

随着人们经济水平的提高和种植技术的发展,种植牙作为修复缺失牙的方式由于其微创,美观等优点,越来越受到患者的青睐。随着因种植体周围炎导致的修复失败病例的增多,种植体周围炎越来越受到临床医生的重视。学者们对种植体周围炎的病因进行研究,发现种植体周围炎的始动因子是菌斑。本文对种植体周围炎致病菌的各种抑菌性研究进行综述。

With the development of people's economic level and implant technology,dental implant,as a way to repair missing teeth is more and more popular with patients because of its advantages such as minimal invasion,beautiful outcomes and so on.With the increase in prosthetic failure due to peri-implant inflammation,clinicians pay more attention to it.The etiology of peri-implant inflammation has been studied and it is found that the initial factor of periimplant inflammation is plaque.In this paper,the researches on the antimicrobial activity of periimplant inflammation are reviewed.
