"Harmony in the family leads to prosperity in all undertakings,""Filial piety tops all virtues" and other old Chinese sayings (on the boards displayed by the federations' workers), which advocated family virtues and good family traditions, during the past month have caught the eyes of numerous visitors to the Family Culture Square, in Yinchuan, capital of Northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The Women's Federation of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Yinchuan and Xingqing (a district in Yinchuan) women's federations recently established the square in downtown Yinchuan, to promote family virtues and good family traditions among the residents. The square is the first of its kind in Xingqing.
