1月18日上午,最高人民法院和香港特別行政區政府律政司在北京簽署《關於內地與香港特別行政區法院相互認可和執行民商事案件判決的安排》(以下簡稱《安排》)。最高人民法院副院長楊萬明、香港特區政府律政司司長鄭若驛分別代表雙方在有關文件上簽字。這是自香港回歸祖國以來,內地與香港商簽的第六項司法協助安排,也是覆蓋面最廣、意義最為重大的一項安排。該安排的簽署,標誌著兩地民商事領域司法協助已基本全面覆蓋。
On the morning of January 1 & the Supreme People's Court and the Department of Justice of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government signed the Arrangement on Mutual Recognition and Enforcement of Judgments of Civil and Commercial Cases between the Mainland and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Courts (hereinafter referred to as the Arrangement) in Beijing. Yang Wanming, Vice President of the Supreme People's Court, and Teresa Cheng Yeuk-wah, Secretary for Justice of Hong Kong Department of Justice, signed relevant documents on behalf of the corresp on ding party. This is the sixth judicial assistance arrangement signed by the Main land and Hong Kong since Hong Kong's return to the motherland, also the most extensive and significant arrangement. The signing of the Arrangement marks that the judicial assistance has been basically covered in the civil and commercial fields of the two places.
