摘要
2019年1月10日,由人民法院報編輯部評選的2018年度人民法院十大刑事案件推出。此次入選的十個刑事案件均為2018年度具有重大社會影響力、公眾關注度高、案情疑難複雜、審理難度大,或是審判結果具有重大突破或借鑒作用的刑事案件。這十大案件分別為:張文中再審改判無罪案、杭州保姆縱火案、孫政才受賄案、深圳鸚鵡案、趙志勇等性侵女童案、上海攜程親子園虐童案、全國首例套路貸涉黑案、北京特大跨國電信詐騙案、山西聞喜「盜墓黑幫」案、金哲紅再審改判無罪案。
On January 10, 2019. the top 10 criminal cases of people's courts in 2018 were selected by the Editorial Department of the People s Court Daily. The 10 cases selected are all criminal cases with significant social influence, high public attention, great complexity, high difficulty in trial or major breakthrough or reference in trial results. The 10 cases are: Case Involving Retrial and Acquittal of Zhang Wenzhong, Case Involving Arson by a Hangzhou Nanny, Case Involving Bribery of Sun Zhengcai, Case Involving Parrots in Shenzhen, Case Involving Sexual Assault against Young Girls by Zhao Zhiyong et. al.. Case Involving Child Maltreatment in Ctrip's In-house Day Care Center in Shanghai, China's First “Trap Loan^,- related Gangland Involved Case, Major Fraud Case of Multinational Telecommunications in Beijing, Case Involving “Tomb-Robbing Gang'' in Wenxi County, Shanxi Province and Case Involving the Retrial and Acquittal of Jin Zhehong.
