邻苯二甲酰β-丙氨酸钙对聚丙烯性能的影响

摘要 将自制的邻苯二甲酰β-丙氨酸钙进行了IR、TG表征。同时,将其与邻苯二甲酰甘氨酸、邻苯二甲酰甘氨酸钙以及市售成核剂WBG-Ⅱ进行性能对比。结果表明:这种新型成核剂是一种有效的聚丙烯成核剂。当添加量为0.2%时,冲击强度由纯PP的4.1kJ/m^2提升至8.3kJ/m^2.与添加WBG-Ⅱ成核剂后冲击强度提升65%相比,新型成核剂能使聚丙烯的冲击强度再提高37%。另外,添加其他2种成核剂PG、PG-Ca后,其他力学性能如拉伸强度和弹性模量均下降3%~5%,但添加新型成核剂邻苯二甲酰β-丙氨酸钙后,拉伸强度和弹性模量均有小幅提升,分别提升了2.5%和5%。添加新型成核剂后,聚丙烯生成的β晶含量(40%)与其他3种成核剂(80%-90%)相比,略有不足。 The self-made calcium phthalyl β-alanine was characterized by IR and TG. At the same time, calcium phthalyl 3-alanine was compared with phthalylglycine, phthalylglycine calcium and marketed nucleating agent WBG-Ⅱ. The results showed that this new nucleating agent was an effective nucleating agent for polypropylene. When the addition of calcium phthalyl β-alanine was 0.2%, impact strength of pure PP increased from 4.1 kg/m^2 to 8.3 kg/m^2. Compared with the 65% increase in impact strength after the addition of the WBG-Ⅱ nucleating agent, the impact strength increased by 37% more with the addition of the calcium phthalyl β-alanine, after the addition of two other nucleating agents, PG and PG-Ca. In contrast, after adding calcium phthalyl β-alanine, tensile strength and elastic modulus were raised by 2. 5% and 5%, respectively. However, when the new nucleating agent was added, the content of beta crystal formed by polypropylene (40%) was slightly less than that of the other three nucleating agents (80%.90%).
