摘要
测试增强-染色复合改性人工林杉木的颜色和力学性能,并对改性材进行刨、砂、钻、铣、开榫和车削等机械加工性能的分析和评价。结果表明:人工林杉木经过增强-染色复合改性后,染色均匀、色彩饱和、色牢度良好;密度比对照材提高了60.7%,抗弯弹性模量、抗弯强度和抗压强度分别提高48.5%、95.7%和83.2%;改性材的机械加工性能综合评分达优秀级。
A compound composed of urea-formaldehyde resin (MUF) and red acid G dyeing solutions were developed and used to treat Chinese Fir (Cunninghamia lanceolate) wood samples, aiming to improve both mechanical and decorative properties of the wood. Color, bending strength and machining performances of the modified wood samples were tested and evaluated. Results showed that the wood samples had uniform and saturated color with good fastness. Density, modulus of elasticity, bending strength and compressive strength of the wood samples increased by 60.7%, 48.5%, 95.7% and 83.2%, respectively, compared with the controls. All machining performances including planning, sanding, drilling, milling, mortising and turning were improved significantly. Comprehensive evaluation value of the wood samples reached excellent grade.
