在欧元保护下所形成的单一市场中,欧盟各国贸易快速增长,各国经济联系更加紧密,避免了各国货币之间的竞争性贬值。欧元区国家之间的经济增长差异逐步缩小,但经济结构较弱的国家易受衰退影响。结构性改革是欧洲经济可持续发展的唯一选择,在此过程中需要强化财政能力,发挥财政稳定器的作用。

Under the protection of the euro,the trade of the EU countries has grown rapidly,and the economic ties among countries have become closer,avoiding the competitive devaluation between the currencies of various coun- tries. The difference in economic growth among euro zone countries has gradually narrowed,but countries with weaker economic structures are vulnerable to be affected by recession. Structural reform is the only choice for European sustain- able development of economy. In this process, it is necessary to strengthen fiscal capacity and play the role of financial stabilizer.
