安徽省河长制决策支持系统是在全国河长制系统建设指导方案统一标准下,紧密围绕"决策支持"这一主题设计的智能化信息系统。系统按照自动化、智能化的设计理念,以支撑河长湖长决策、服务安徽"省、市、县、乡、村"五级河长湖长的业务为目标,基于"互联网+"、人工智能等技术进行构建,通过横、纵向两个方面集成和共享数据,开发河长制业务管理及信息服务平台、河长制业务移动平台、河长制地理信息系统平台、河长制省级调度平台、河长制信息发布平台等五套功能各有侧重满足不同用户应用需求的业务平台。系统的构建将对提升安徽省河长制湖长制信息化水平,推动安徽省各级河长制湖长制工作起到重要作用。

The river chief system of Anhui province is an intelligent information system with unique Anhui characteristics centering on the theme of “decision supporting”. The system is designed under the unified standard of national river chief system construction guidance scheme. In accordance with the design concept of automation and intelligence, this system will be developed to support the decisions and serve businesses of river chiefs in the province. Based on the “Internet+”, artificial intelligence technology and other advanced technologies, the data is integrated and shared in vertically and horizontally methods. Additionally, five sets of platform will be made to meet the application requirements of different users, which is helpful for promoting the development of the river chief system in Anhui province.
