资金财务管理工作在工程项目建设中发挥着重要作用。近两年安徽省在引江济淮工程建设过程中采取积极措施,创新资金财务管理和会计核算工作,探索积累了一些方法和经验,得到了有关部门的充分肯定,为工程全面顺利开工和竣工验收奠定了坚实基础。

Funds or financial management plays a key role in project management. In the last two years, innovative accounting practices have been adopted for financial management Water Diversion from Yangtze to Huaihe River Project in Anhui Province. Methodologies and experiences have been exploited and accumulated that won full confirmation and fair appraisal from the relevant departments and laid a solid foundation for full operation and completion of the project.
