摘要
针对激光探测装置在生产测试中测试仪器复杂、显示通道不足、装订时序难以把控等问题。设计了一套基于虚拟仪器的激光探测装置测试仪。该虚拟仪器的硬件部分以同步数据采集系统为核心,软件部分由LabVIEW作为开发平台。实践证明:该虚拟仪器满足测试需要、操作简单、装订时序可控。相比传统人工测试,效率和可控性得到了明显提升,具有使用价值。
This paper presented a set of laser detection device tester based on virtual instrument,according to the laser detection device was complex,the display channel was insufficient,the binding time sequence was difficult to control in the production test.The core of the hardware of the virtual instrument was the synchronous data acquisition system,the development platform of the software part was LabVIEW.The results show that the virtual instrument meets the necessary test conditions,the operation is simple and the binding time sequence is controlled.Compared with the traditional manual test,the efficiency and controllability are improved obviously,it has better use value.
