摘要
研究开发了一种新型的基于智能手机的pH检测方法及装置,可以在多种环境条件下对pH值进行高精度测量,具有快速、灵敏、便携的特点。为了避免光照环境对测量结果的影响,采用3D打印技术制备了外置的手机光学附件装置。该pH传感检测装置可以与市售的pH试纸条一起配套使用,测量精度达到了0.05。将实际样品pH值的测量与pH计检测结果进行了对比,结果表明基于智能手机的超灵敏高精度pH检测方法是可行的,不需要专门的培训或复杂的仪器,具有广泛的市场应用前景。
In this work,we developed a new smartphone-based pH measurement method that provides fast,sensitive and on-site measurements under a variety of environmental conditions.In order to avoid the influence of light environment on the measurement results,a 3D printed mobile phone external optical device was designed.The pH sensor can be used together with commercially available pH strips,with a measurement accuracy of 0.05.The pHvalue measurement for the actual sample was compared with that of the pH meter,the results show that this smart phone-based ultra-sensitive high-precision pH detection method is feasible.It does not require special training or complex instruments,and has wide applications and broad market prospects.
