冲击波治疗尺骨茎突腱鞘炎的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 尺骨茎突腱鞘炎又名尺侧腕伸肌腱鞘炎,在所有发病的腱鞘炎病人中较为少见,约占5%左右,其临床症状主要表现为尺骨茎突处疼痛,疼痛可沿尺侧向肘部延伸,或延伸至第3至5掌骨手背侧,疼痛性质多表现为钝痛[1]。体格检查发现尺骨茎突处压痛强阳性,前臂旋后、腕关节背伸等动作可加重疼痛。由于较低的发病率及临床医生经验不足,常引起误诊。
