摘要 超大断面大倾角单桩拱座基础为桥梁结构的新形式,应用隧道式支护方式施工桥梁桩基是一种新尝试。本文结合夜郎河桥单桩拱座基础施工实例,论述了一种隧道预应力锚索配合型钢拱架锚喷联合支护实现全断面开挖超大断面大倾角隧道斜井的施工技术,并研发出一套采用龙门吊配合的垂直、水平出渣工艺,确证了施工安全和施工效率。 Single pile abutment foundation with super-large cross-section and large inclination is a new form of bridge structure.It is a new exploration to construct bridge pile abutment foundation using tunnel support technologies.The construction example of single pile abutment abutment foundation of Yelang River bridge was taken as the research background.The support method was the combination of prestressed anchor cable,section steel arch,anchor and shotcrete.The full section construction technology was used by this method to excavate the inclined shaft with super-large cross-section and large inclination.A set of process techniques using gantry crane to assist vertical and horizontal deslagging were developed,which ensured the construction safety and eff iciency .
