摘要
城市铁路明挖隧道装配式衬砌纵向接头是隧道结构的薄弱部位。采用数值模拟方法研究在弯矩和轴力作用下新型明挖隧道装配式衬砌纵向接头的受力变形规律。结果表明:在轴力和弯矩共同作用下纵向接头受拉侧张开,其破坏以螺栓屈服断裂或受压侧混凝土剥落为标志;随着纵向接头所受轴力的增加,纵向接头能够承受的弯矩逐渐增大;轴力相同纵向接头破坏时所承受的负弯矩比正弯矩大。
The longitudinal joint of prefabricated lining in open cut tunnel of urban railway is the weak part of tunnel structure.The numerical simulation method is used to study the stress deformation law for the longitudinal joint of a new type prefabricated lining of open cut tunnel under the action of bending moment and axial force.The results show that under the combined action of bending moment and axial force,the tension side of the longitudinal joint is opened,and the failure of the longitudinal joint is marked by the yield fracture of bolts or the concrete spalling on the compression side,the bending moment that the longitudinal joints can withstand increases gradually with the increase of the axial force on the longitudinal joint,and the negative bending moment is larger than the positive bending moment with the same axial force when the longitudinal joint is damaged.
