摘要
针对一地铁线DT-Ⅲ型扣件弹条断裂情况进行统计和分析,发现弹条断裂主要集中在曲线地段钢轨波磨处。利用有限元方法建立数值模型,分析了弹条安装状态下的模态特征,对弹条在实际工作状态下的振动特性进行了测试分析,并与现场动力学试验结果进行了对比。研究结果表明,当轮轨力激励频率与弹条固有频率接近或一致时,将会引起弹条的共振效应,从而导致弹条断裂。
According to the statistics and analysis of elastic rod fracture of DT-Ⅲ fastening in a metro line,it was found that the fracture of elastic rod mainly occured in rail corrugation in curve section.The f inite element method was used to establish the numerical model,and the modal characteristics of the elastic rod under the installation state were analyzed.The vibration characteristics of the elastic rod under the actual working state were tested and analyzed.At the same time,the results were compared with the f ield dynamic test results.The results show that when the excitation frequency of wheel-rail force is close to or consistent with the natural frequency,the resonance effect of the elastic rod will be induced,which will lead to the fracture of the elastic rod.
